Stone age art
The Stone Age was a period in which the art was done with various tools such as stones. The art was usually done on a wall. The Stone Age lasted from 30,000 BC to about 3,000 BC. The artwork did not end up in museums but in caves. The Lascaux Caves in France house many examples of prehistoric human art, picturing animals, hand prints and other such figures, rarely depicting human figures. There were no actual artists during this time just a bunch of cavemen. Most of the art doesn’t have a specific name it is plainly known as Stone Age art. (Art of the Stone Age)
